We will accept returns on any products that arrive damaged. Please contact us via email (Info@tTheCandleApothecary.com) as soon as you receive a damaged item. Upon your return of the damaged product, we will issue you a replacement free of charge. If your product has a physical defect, we will replace it with a new candle that will be the same as your original order (scent and size), unless we no longer carry that product. In the event that we no longer carry the product you originally ordered, we will issue you a refund, less shipping fees. We are sorry that we will be unable to issue a refund for candles that have been improperly placed or handled. In order to make sure that you will be pleased with your scent choice, we encourage you to order a votive sample.
